01. Who Is Reading This

1.1 For the Decision Maker

What are we buying, and what does it cost?

One named workflow, measured and built for a fixed price against written scope. Three sequential engagements: Diagnostic (from €3,000), Delivery (from €10,000), and Operations (from €1,500 per month).

1.2 For the Delivery Lead

What will this demand from my team?

Access to the practitioners who execute the work, a limited batch of review hours, and representative examples of past production.

1.3 For Finance & Legal

When do we pay, and where are we at risk?

The Diagnostic and the delivery build are separate contracts. On the delivery contract: 40% on signing the delivery contract, 30% at the agreed build milestone, and 30% on acceptance. Overruns from our estimation are absorbed by us.

1.4 For IT & Security

What happens to our data and systems?

You retain 100% ownership of your data and bespoke outputs. Human review gates every client-facing action. Handover is documented.

02. The Three Engagements

One sequential path. The Diagnostic comes first and is not optional; a build priced without a measured baseline is one neither party can hold the other to.

  1. Step 01

    Workflow Diagnostic

    from €3,000

Maps one workflow, quantifies where expert time and margin are lost, and establishes the baseline the build is measured against.

  2. Step 02

    Connected Delivery System

    from €10,000

Builds, tests, installs and hands over the system for the workflow the Diagnostic mapped.

  3. Step 03

    Managed System Operations

    from €1,500 per month

Runs the live system after handover: monitoring, incident triage, controlled improvement and reporting.

03. What We Need From You

  • A named project sponsor with authority over workflow sign-off.
  • Direct access to practitioners who execute the workflow day-to-day.
  • Representative sample outputs and input files for validation testing.
  • Commitment to written acceptance criteria defined during the Diagnostic.

04. Payment & Change Control

  1. 40%Signing
  2. 30%Milestone
  3. 30%Acceptance

Overrun Protocol: Overruns caused by our own estimation are absorbed by Motive Journey. Scope changes, delays on the client side, or third-party dependencies go through written change control before work is executed.

05. Performance Assurance

90-Day Performance Assurance

Fixed price. Agreed acceptance criteria. If we do not meet them, we correct at our cost—and if we still cannot, you are not left paying for work that did not deliver. Correction runs for 90 days from acceptance of the delivered workflow.

06. Ownership, Data & Control

6.1 IP & Ownership

You own your data, content, and bespoke client outputs. We retain our core platform frameworks, reusable components, and underlying methods.

6.2 Human-in-the-Loop

Automated pipelines prepare work for human review; no output is dispatched and no automated decision is made without explicit practitioner sign-off.

6.3 Data Privacy & AI

Zero engagement data is repurposed or used to train public AI models. 100% compliant with EU GDPR and Irish corporate governance standards.

6.4 Documented Exit Path

Handover is fully documented, and so is the exit path. Unrestricted data export capabilities are ensured upon engagement completion.

07. Contracting Entity

You contract with Motive Journey

Company and registration details, including the registered office, are published on our Legal and Company Information page. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our fees.

Four roles carry every engagement — commercial terms, delivery, technical architecture and data protection. The people filling them are introduced to you directly during the fit and contracting process.

Prices and terms as published on our pricing page. This summary describes our standard commercial position; your proposal is the document that binds either of us.
