No Sales Call Until It's Worth Your Time
The Discuss a Workflow form asks what it needs to know before anyone picks up the phone. If there's a fit, you get a fit call. If there isn't, you're told directly on the same page.

The standard sales process asks you to book a call first and find out whether the vendor is actually a fit for you somewhere during that call. It is built around the vendor’s convenience, not yours — a call is easy for them to schedule and hard for you to avoid, whatever the outcome.
01. What we do differently
Before any call happens, the Discuss a Workflow page asks a small number of specific questions: what the recurring deliverable actually is, roughly how much time it costs, whether there is an accountable sponsor who can decide, and whether the data and systems involved are ones we could realistically be given access to. These are the same four criteria we use to decide fit — the form is simply where they get checked, before either side spends time on a call.
02. What happens if there is a fit
If the answers suggest a genuine fit, you get a fit call booked — a free conversation whose only purpose is to decide whether a paid Diagnostic is justified. It does not map your workflow or produce a roadmap; those are the Diagnostic’s job, and they are chargeable, as covered in detail on Pricing. The fit call exists purely to confirm what the form already suggested, with a real conversation rather than a form field.
03. What happens if there is not
If the answers suggest a mismatch — volume too low, no clear sponsor, a request that is really about AI curiosity rather than a specific workflow — you are told that directly, on the same page, without a call being scheduled at all. That is a deliberate design choice, not an automated rejection dressed up as efficiency: a clear no, early, respects your time more than a vague “let’s chat” that was never going to lead anywhere.
04. Why this is unusual, and why we think it is right
Most vendors are structured to maximise the number of calls booked, because a call is a sales opportunity regardless of fit. We have built the opposite incentive on purpose: a call that should not have happened costs you time you did not need to spend, and it costs us credibility the next time we tell someone there is a genuine fit. Filtering before the call protects both.
05. Frequently asked questions
Does filling out the form commit us to anything?
No. It is the fastest way to find out honestly whether a conversation is worth having — nothing more.
What if we are not sure how to answer the questions yet?
Answer as accurately as you can. The fit call itself is partly there to clarify anything the form could not capture precisely.
Is the fit call really free?
Yes. Its only purpose is deciding whether a paid Diagnostic is justified — it does not map anything or produce a roadmap itself.
